MUDTeCH™ was asked to come to this Lansing commercial property and ensure they had a solid foundation before starting construction. Our engineers devised the best layout for installing helical piers to offer the most support while keeping costs low. After taking the soil conditions into account, we brought in our equipment and got to work. They were on a tight construction schedule, one MUDTeCH™ was able to meet with ease thanks to our equipment and experience. The steel helical piles were efficiently drilled into place, allowing the rest of construction to get started without delays.
