damaged foundation causing problems and impeding work

Wolf Paving Co. removed the old damaged asphalt driveway and found this damaged frost wall and foundation. They could not continue the process of repaving until the damaged concrete was repaired. Wolf Paving Co. called Mud Tech to the rescue.

On some older homes  water gets down into the garages frost wall. If the water has no way to drain out of the frost wall, it freezes and breaks the wall. It takes years of freezing and thawing to get any damage, but this home was in need.  We pumped concrete into the voids with our mudjacking pump, stabilizing the damaged portions and preventing future damage to the garage floor from water flowing into the open block foundation. once the concrete set up wolf paving was able to complete their job of paving this Wawatosa WI. residents house with a new asphalt driveway.
