This patio in Racine WI.  was sinking towards the house, and letting water flow towards the basement walls.  It had also cracked from the stress of the shifting concrete.  AND it had to be taken care of right away, so the house could pass a building code inspection.

We mud jacked the patio back to grade, making water flow AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION!  After the proper grade was given to this sunken patio, we started sealing the cracks and joints with sealing compound.
