Mudjacking Back Patio

North Chicago has some beautiful homes.  When those homes have a pavement problem, they call Mud Tech. The concrete patio needed 2 things.

(1) The concrete dropped down more than the homeowner wanted to step from the master bedroom to the patio.

(2) The surface was starting to show its age, so Mud Tech sprayed a concrete seal coat on it, to save the good look that it still had.

As is visible in the picture below, the concrete sealer really dressed up this patio. Its hard to see in this pic,  but the mud jacking raised the patio almost 1 full "brick" now water runs off great, and the step height has been returned to original.
