Country Christian School in Hartland Budget Friendly Asphalt Repair

At this school in Hartland Wisconsin they needed a large area repaired but only had a small budget. We removed the loose damaged asphalt from the bad areas and prepped the areas to be paved. We used tack coat on the asphalt surrounding the damaged areas and paved over the bad spots. This type of patch could be referred to as a combination overlay and repave. Overlays don't usually last as long as infrared patches or removal and replacement but it is a cheaper alternative. Almost all other asphalt repair companies will try to sell this solution first because it is the only thing they are capable of doing and they can underbid bigger companies doing the job right. Only a small percent of jobs are good candidates for skin patches and we recommend getting a few quotes if someone recommends this method first.
This is a picture of a repair we did in Hartland Wisconsin. The school had a low budget so we did the best repair possible for the amount they could spend. They were delighted with the repair and we got it done under their budget. They came to us again for more repairs in another location a couple years later. The patch held up perfectly.
