Helical Pile Foundations in Illinois
This picture showcases one of our Illinois jobsites where we were faced a challenge with loose, sandy soil. Over time, a normal foundation would begin to fail due to the soil shifting and settling. This client had MUDTeCH install helical piers into the secure load bearing soil below, creating a safe base for the new foundation. Ultimately this client saved money thanks to our services, adding value to their home and preventing costly repairs in the future.
